| NKY Football Begins This Week |

Friday Night High School Football action begins this week as 14 NKY teams kickoff the season. Dayton, Campbell County, Holmes, Conner, Newport and NewCath all play non-NKY opponents to begin the year. Defending Single A State Champs NewCath heads to Pikeville to face Belfry in the Pike County Bowl.
The games that match-up NKY teams are:
Scott at Holy Cross
Lloyd at Simon Kenton
Dixie at Highlands
Boone County at CovCath (Sat game)
The Dixie/Highlands game has been moved to Highlands because of the field renovations still going on at Dixie.
