NKYSports.com HS Football Game of the Week
This week's video broadcast features Dayton at Newport. We originally had scheduled Lloyd vs. Cooper but b/c of internet limitations will be doing the Dayton/Newport game. The broadcast for this game will begin at 7:00 P.M.
CovCath at Beechwood
The Colonels (2-2) parched the Camels 49-14 last week and look to gain some momentum going into the middle part of their season against Beechwood. The Tigers (1-2), gained their first 'W' last week with a 28-21 win over Holy Cross. CovCath has won this match-up four of the past five years.
Highlands at Boone County
Highlands (4-0) will play on the road for the first time this year against Boone County (2-1). Patrick Towles, who rushed for 4 touchdowns last week and is leading our Poll of the Week for best QB in NKY at 42%, looks to extend the Bluebirds winning streak to 33 games. Last year Highlands defeated the Rebel 36-14.

Players of the Game - NewCath vs Ryle
During each broadcast, NKYSports.com will select a Player of the Game from each NKY team and donate $25.00 to the team's athletic fund in the player's name. In last week's NewCath vs Ryle Game of the Week, Brady Hightchew of NCC and Travis Elliott of Ryle were selected as Player's of the Game.
Elliott recorded 29 carries for 153 yards and three rush touchdowns, and also had one reception for 7 yards. Hightchew rushed 15 times for 49 yards and went 9 of 13 passing for 84 yards. Hightchew also had an interception return of 44 yards.
